Department/Location:Thatcham
Reports to: Administration Manager
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Annual leave: 23 days a year plus bank and public holidays
Salary Range: £15,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience

Summary of Position:
We are looking for a hard working, flexible, proactive Administrator with a “can-do” attitude to join us. The role will be full time and permanent. Previous experience of administration in a busy office is essential.
As one of the administrators, you will be responsible for key customer administrative support, assisting in the administration of three helpdesks, booking travel and accommodation, and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
We are looking for someone with an administrative background who is able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure. You must be self-motivated, a quick learner and a good communicator.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Key Customer Project Support – requesting/collating data and managing all customer information.
- Assisting with the administration of customer help desks ensuring customer issues are dealt with according to SAM Practice Service Level Agreements.
- Communicating to customers regarding progress of help desk cases.
- You will be requested to complete data entry tasks during project delivery periods.
- You may be requested to write project reports and updates for internal and external consumption.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for all staff.
- You will be requested during busy periods to help out with the call centre ensuring customer calls / e-mails are dealt with promptly.
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
- Must be able to keep customer information confidential.
