Job Title:Licensing & Risk Trainee
Department/Location:Thatcham
Reports to: Risk Manager
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Annual leave: 23 days a year plus bank and public holidays
Salary Range: £15,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience

Summary of Position:
We are looking for a hard working, flexible, proactive Licensing & Risk Trainee with a “can-do” attitude to join our Licensing team. The role will be full time and permanent. Successful candidates must be prepared to learn not only about the offerings of SAM Practice, but also detailed licensing knowledge in order to accelerate into a Software Asset Management career.
Ideally you will have a degree, with some customer / peer facing experience and be looking to develop within the business.
We are looking for someone with a commercial / IT background who is able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure. You must be self-motivated, a quick learner and a good communicator.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering Licence Help-Desk Questions.
- Supporting Senior Executives with Licensing Tasks.
- Working on Customer Facing Projects.
- Preparing and Optimising Effective Licence Positions.
- Mirroring Senior Executives.
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
- Must be able to keep customer information confidential.
