Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Department/Location:Thatcham
Reports to: Risk Manager
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Annual leave: 23 days a year plus bank and public holidays
Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience

Summary of Position:
We are looking for a hard working, flexible, proactive Project Manager with a “can-do” attitude to join us at our Thatcham office. The role will be full time and permanent.
Previous experience of working on customer projects and report writing are required for this role.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for Managing Projects through to delivery, communicating with customers at all levels and ensuring internal resources are allocated in a timely manner. You must be self-motivated, a quick learner and a good communicator.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Producing detailed Project Plans.
- Scheduling and monitoring of all stages of the Project.
- Communicating both internally and externally regarding Project
- Status and Issues.
- Writing Project Reports.
- Attending Customer Project Meetings with Senior Executives.
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
- Must be able to keep customer information confidential.

Qualifications & Training
Essential
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Prince 2 Foundation / Practitioner or equivalent
- Degree or other relevant qualification
Experience

- Previous experience of Project Work / Managing Projects.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project - Experience of dealing with customers
