Job Title: Senior Administrator
Department/Location:Thatcham
Reports to: Administration Manager
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
Annual leave: 23 days a year plus bank and public holidays
Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience

Summary of Position:
We are looking for a hard working, flexible, proactive Senior Administrator with a “can-do” attitude to join us at our Thatcham office. The role will be full time and permanent.
Previous experience of working with customers, project work and report writing are required for this role.
As a Senior Administrator you will be responsible for requesting information from and communicating with clients, report writing, compiling presentations and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- You will be requested to write/format proposals and project
- reports and updates for internal and external consumption.
- Key Customer Project Support – requesting /collating data and managing all customer information.
- You will be requested to complete some data entry tasks during project delivery periods.
- Assisting the sales team by compiling presentations for customers.
- Ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
- Must be able to keep customer information confidential.

- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
